Make a Bequest
You may wish to support the Trust by making a bequest to the Trust in your will
You should always consult your solicitor when drawing up a will or a codicil to your existing will
Special arrangements can be made for named bequests and/or for special purposes.
However, a suitable simple clause could be along the lines of the following:
"I give and bequeath the sum of $....... free of all charges to The Armstrong & Arthur Charitable Trust for Lesbians.
I declare the receipt of the Chair, Secretary or Treasurer of the Trust shall be full and sufficient discharge to my Trustees in respect of this gift."
This would need to be signed by you and witnessed by two people who are not benefiting under your will.
